3. Free Consultation

We offer a free, no-commitment consultation to discuss your needs. This consultation does not constitute a binding agreement, and any subsequent services will be subject to a formal contract or proposal.

4. Payment Terms

Fees for bespoke services will be detailed in individual proposals or contracts. Payments are due as specified therein, typically via bank transfer or other agreed methods.

• Late payments may incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content, tools, and deliverables created by Alaxu remain our property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to you as specified in the service agreement.
• License: You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your provided materials (e.g., logos, content) solely for the purpose of delivering our services.
• Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our proprietary tools or content without prior written consent.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information necessary for us to perform our services.
• Ensure you have the right to use any materials you provide to us.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of our services.

7. Termination

• By You: You may terminate our services as outlined in your specific service agreement, typically with 30 days’ written notice.
• By Us: We may terminate or suspend services if you breach these Terms, fail to make payments, or engage in illegal activities, with notice where feasible.
• Upon termination, you remain liable for any outstanding fees.

8. Limitation of Liability
